WWJ-Icon-ANo citizen of this state shall have his or her privacy compromised by the state or agents of the state. The state shall within reason protect the sovereignty of the citizens the state is entrusted to protect. (Revised Statutes of Missouri 302.183.5) House Bill 361 containing the forgoing and other specific privacy protections was passed by the Missouri legislature and signed by Governor Nixon in 2009.  The bill clearly prohibited the retention of our personal data.
